The HiPP Corporate Philosophy

As an organic pioneer and leading manufacturer of organically produced baby food, HiPP bears a special responsibility.

The long-term focus of our actions is therefore at the heart of our corporate philosophy. Respect for the environment and its resources, as well as social commitment, are key elements in preserving a world that is liveable and worth cherishing for future generations.

At HiPP, sustainability is embedded within the specialist departments through the ‘We Impact’ management system. By focusing on ecology, economy and social responsibility, we integrate the three dimensions of sustainability into the company in a forward-looking manner.

HiPP’s Ethical Management

Since 1899, Christian values have underpinned the family-run business HiPP: respect for creation and human dignity form the basis of our philosophy. This is why HiPP has relied on raw materials from organic farming since 1956. It also explains our approach to competition and our social commitment, for example through our support for major aid organisations.

And last but not least, it makes it clear why HiPP is regarded as a pioneer in the organic sector and has, for decades, championed a business model that successfully integrates environmental and social considerations into corporate management.

Our deeply felt sense of responsibility towards people and nature gave rise to the HiPP Ethics Charter in 1999. From fair competition in the market to treating suppliers, customers and staff with respect and trust, it serves as a moral compass, guiding everyone who works for HiPP.
